From the Museum to the Earth was born out of a day residency at the Booth Museum of Natural History, which has a collection consisting largely of taxidermy birds. This work acts as a gesture to contemplate ideas around taxidermy, from its origin as the preservation of specimens to its use as a common material in contemporary art.
